At Dinemetrics, we strive to provide the best restaurant management solutions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their Dinemetrics account dashboard or by contacting contact@dinemetrics.de
- Cancellation before renewal: If a subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle, users will retain access until the current subscription period ends.
- No partial refunds: If a user cancels mid-cycle, the remaining subscription period is non-refundable.
- Annual plan cancellation: Annual subscriptions can be canceled, but no partial refunds will be issued.
- Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Ensure cancellation is done via your dashboard or by contacting support.
3. Refund Policy
A. Free Trial Users
- Users who signed up for a free trial will not be charged if they cancel before the trial ends.
- Once the free trial expires, the subscription is automatically charged based on the selected plan.
B. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Users who signed up for a free trial will not be charged if they cancel before the trial ends.
- Billing Errors–If an incorrect amount was charged.
- Unauthorized Transactions–If a payment was made without the user’s consent.
- Technical Issues–If the system was completely non-functional due to a fault on our end (subject to verification).
C. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Unused subscription period(e.g., canceling in the middle of the billing cycle).
- Business closure or change in requirements that are unrelated to system performance.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method..

Dinemetrics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and users will be notified in advance.
